You can subscribe to updates from this blog 2 ways: by RSS Feed or email updates.

RSS Feed - (Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary feed) provides summaries of web content in a simple format. It is available through an RSS feed reader, or through some browsers. You can view the headlines from the blog in a feed reader. Ex. If you use Yahoo for your email, you already have a feed reader, just click the "My Yahoo" link and you will be taken to a page that stores all the RSS Feeds you subscribe to.
